The Dubai Mélange Jersey Knit fabric features a soft and elastic texture that, along with its mélange tones, gives the fabric a modern and versatile look. Its floral printed design depicts daisies, petals, and artistic flowers, with a fragmented color range that includes pastel blue and yellow tones, highlighted by a neutral background in shades of gray and white. This printed fabric could easily be combined with solid colors in gray, blue, or yellow hues to create a beautiful contrast, although it could also be integrated into more complex designs. The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which ensures high quality and detail in the printed design on the fabric.
The Dubai Mélange Jersey Knit fabric is made of 100% polyester, which gives it a soft touch. Additionally, its light weight of 135 gr/m2, its width of 160 cm, and its elasticity make it especially suitable for manufacturing fashion garments for women and men, such as comfortable and sophisticated knit t-shirts. The fabric is ideal for timeless designs, as it can be used at any time of the year, and its sublimation printing technology makes the design highly resistant to washing.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, not to tumble dry, iron at cool temperature, and not to use products containing trichloroethylene. Dry cleaning is acceptable, as long as trichloroethylene is not used. It is important to follow these precautions to keep the fabric in perfect condition.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on special paper with sublimation inks. Subsequently, by applying heat and pressure, the inks are transferred to the fabric, achieving a high-quality and resistant finish. This printing technique is suitable for polyester fabrics, as the inks vaporize and integrate into the fiber.
