Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a rigid texture, making it ideal for outerwear such as jackets, blazers, coats, or skirts. Its printed design features pictorial characteristics of wild flowers, pictorial florals, and artistic flowers in predominant shades of yellow and red, resulting in a very striking and symbolic floral nature design. The fabric is digitally printed on one side. This design can be perfectly combined with solid colors in shades of yellow, red, beige, or white.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a rigid feel, making it ideal for outerwear. On the other hand, the printed design has a floral nature symbolism very suitable for bohemian or romantic style garments.
Applications and uses of the fabric include fashion garments for both women and men, such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets. It can also be used for making home cushions, especially in living rooms and bedrooms, as well as for outdoor decoration. It is a very suitable fabric for fashion accessories such as bow ties or caps, and for sports vests for women, men, or children.
For the care of this fabric, it should be noted that it should not be bleached and can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. The maximum washing temperature is 30°C and it can be ironed at low temperature, avoiding the dryer.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation, which is done with digital printers that apply special solid ink that transforms into gas when subjected to heat and pressure. This process allows colors to be more vivid and durable than in other types of printing.
