The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is an elastic and soft-touch fabric, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. This fabric has attributes such as chlorine resistance and UV 50+ protection, making it perfect for sports and lingerie applications. This fabric is printed with a single-sided patterned design by digital textile printing, with an artistic style and graphic pattern of pictorial flowers and artistic flowers in predominant pink and yellow tones. This fabric can be combined with solid colors of pink, yellow, white or black.
The general characteristics of the Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo are its elasticity and softness to the touch, ideal for close-fitting garments. In addition, the printed design features an artistic style that makes it striking and distinctive, perfect for fashion and swimwear. The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, from sports and lingerie garments to fashion garments for women, men and children, as well as for accessories such as scrunchies.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is advisable to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach, iron at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying. In addition, it is suitable for dry cleaning but the use of trichloroethylene is not recommended.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, which uses special inks that turn into gas when subjected to high temperatures and pressures, allowing their pigments to fuse with the fibers of the fabric, guaranteeing the durability and resistance of the printed design.
