The base fabric is Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, a microfiber fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 110 gr/m2 and a width of 147 cm. It should be cared for at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding bleaching, tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature. This fabric is ideal for applications in fashion and accessories, as well as in sports and swimwear, especially for making swimsuits and board shorts.
Regarding its printed design, it has standard complexity and is based on a botanical-style graphic pattern, with pictorial and artistic florals, and a special focus on flowers and petals. The main colors of the design are 38.2% green tones and 30.0% pink tones, which creates a feeling of freshness and vitality, in line with the floral and summery style of the fabric. Additionally, it could be combined with solid colors such as white and navy blue.
Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz has characteristics such as its thinness, its simultaneously rigid and soft feel, making it a very comfortable fabric to use. It is single-sided printed using digital textile printing.
This fabric is ideal for a wide variety of applications, such as swimwear, for both swimsuits and board shorts, as well as in the manufacture of accessories and bags. In addition, thanks to its GRS certification, with its recycled base fabric, a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric is achieved, making it ideal for responsible consumption.
To maintain the quality of the Recycled Microfiber - Biarritz, it is important to follow the care and washing recommendations mentioned above, avoiding bleaching and tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a technique that allows the ink to transition from a solid to a gaseous state through high heat and controlled pressure, thus guaranteeing high quality and definition in the print.
