The base fabric is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is designed for fashion applications such as sweatshirts and accessories like backpacks, as well as for sportswear like tracksuits. Its printed design combines botanical elements such as artistic flowers and pictorial florals with graphic patterns, all printed in shades of green and orange. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, or grey. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
In terms of its general characteristics, the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston has a brushed finish that makes it soft to the touch and provides additional thermal insulation. The printed design is complex and inspired by nature, with a mix of floral elements and graphic patterns. This fabric is sustainable as it is GRS certified, being made from recycled materials.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, as mentioned earlier, but it could also be used to make blankets or cushions for home decor. The fabric is strong and durable, making it ideal for sportswear and accessories that require resistance and durability.
It is important to consider the care instructions for the fabric to prevent damage. This fabric should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature should be 40 degrees Celsius. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and it should not be ironed. It is also possible to tumble dry the fabric at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which means it is printed directly onto the fabric with gaseous inks that solidify upon contact with the material, providing sharp and durable image quality.
