The base fabric is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, a knitted fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for its printed design, we find a tropical style with natural elements such as artistic flowers, jungle motifs, petals, and florals, both pictorial and stylized. The main colors are 32.3% green and 20.06% pink. This design symbolizes nature and freshness, making it an excellent choice for cool and light summer garments. It would perfectly combine with solid colors such as white, black, or light blue.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the ink is applied only to one side of the fabric and not to both. As for the fabrics characteristics, its soft and elastic texture stands out, making it perfect for comfortable and body-hugging garments. Regarding its uses and applications, this fabric is ideal for making lingerie, pajamas, tops, dresses, cardigans, and knitwear for men and women, as well as accessories such as socks, scarves, and foulards. It can also be used as a blanket for both the living room and bedroom, as well as for making napkins.
It is important to consider the fabrics care instructions, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried to maintain its properties intact.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a printing process that consists of applying heat and pressure to transfer the ink from paper to fabric, achieving high image quality and resistance to washing and wear.
