The Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon is a twill-type fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. With a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric offers a perfect blend of comfort and durability. Its rough and elastic surface provides a pleasant feel to the touch, while its softness makes it an ideal choice for fashion garments and accessories.
The printed design of this fabric features a standard complexity with a botanical style, boasting a graphic pattern and a wide variety of vibrant and striking colors. The floral nature of the design is represented by pictorial and stylized flowers, creating a print full of life and joy.
It pairs perfectly with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, and pale pink, allowing for subtle or bold contrasts depending on the designers preference. It is ideal for making fashion garments, such as skirts, dresses, pants, shorts, and accessories like cushions and kitchen towels.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric and not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its rough and elastic texture gives it strength and flexibility. It is soft to the touch and has stretch properties, making it suitable for garments that require comfort and movement.
For care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding the use of bleach and ironing at low temperature. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is specifically applied to polyesters. This process involves the transformation of solid ink into gas, which penetrates the fabric fibers and solidifies again, achieving a permanent and high-quality print.
In summary, the Bi-elastic Twill Fabric - Lisbon with a printed design offers a perfect combination of comfort, durability, and vibrant print. Its rough yet soft-to-the-touch texture, along with its elasticity, makes it a versatile option for fashion garments and accessories. Sublimation printing technology ensures a durable and resistant design.
