The base fabric, Raso - Ámsterdam, is a polyester satin with a shiny, soft-to-the-touch texture, perfect for high-quality garments. Its printed design features a multi-colored gingham pattern, digitally printed on one side of the fabric. This design is ideal for fashion garments for women and men, such as shirts, blouses, skirts, pants, and tops, as well as for lingerie, pajamas, and dresses.
The smooth texture of the base fabric allows the colors of the print to stand out, creating an attractive and harmonious visual effect. In addition to the main colors, solid shades of coral, pale pink, mint green, and pastel blue can be successfully combined. The fabric is thin, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm.
Regarding its characteristics, Raso - Ámsterdam fabric has a shiny finish, is soft to the touch, and is resistant to wrinkles and creases. The printed design, meanwhile, features a subtle texture in each square of the pattern. The fabric is suitable for both clothing and accessories such as scarves, thanks to its durability and ease of care.
Applications and uses of the fabric include clothing for women and men, bridal lingerie and pajamas, as well as accessories. A garment printed on this fabric will be perfect for both elegant events and more informal occasions.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, and do not use trichloroethylene in dry cleaning. It can be ironed at a warm temperature and tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for the printed design of this fabric is sublimation, a process in which gaseous pigments penetrate the fabric fiber, creating a durable and wash-resistant print. Digital textile printing allows for high resolution of designs, as well as the possibility of customizing the fabric with unique designs.
