The base fabric for this design is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, which is composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a grammage of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for various uses, such as furniture decoration and upholstery, with applications in chairs, armchairs, and sofas. Additionally, it is also suitable for making fashion garments, such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and coats.
The most outstanding characteristic of this fabric is its soft texture and brilliant visual appeal, which makes it pleasant to the touch and visually attractive. The printed design on this fabric presents a simplicity in its complexity, with undulating shapes and lines that add a decorative touch to the home. The main colors of the design are Daisy Pink and Mandarin Orange, with the former predominating.
To combine with this design, solid colors such as white, black, and beige can be used, which will highlight the main tones of the print and create a visual balance in the composition.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality and durability in the print. Only one side of the fabric carries the design, while the other remains plain.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, we must highlight its resistance and durability, which makes it suitable for use in furniture and fashion garments. In addition, its composition of polyester, polyamide, and elastane provides it with a certain elasticity, which makes it comfortable for fitted garments.
In relation to the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It cannot be dry-cleaned, except if a solvent other than trichloroethylene is used. Ironing should be done at a low temperature, and it is not suitable to use a dryer to dry it.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design through heat and pressure. This technique guarantees high resolution and color fidelity in the print, which provides a high-quality result.
