The fabric in question is the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, a type of crepe fabric composed mainly of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. With a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric stands out for its elastic and grainy texture, which gives it a soft and comfortable feel against the skin.
The printed design that adorns this fabric is characterized by its standard complexity and its colorful, decorative, and artistic style. Nature is present in the design, with the representation of the sky and a rainbow in different shades. The main colors of the design are multi-colored, which allows for great versatility when combining it with other plain colors.
It is important to note that this fabric is firmly printed with the stamped design on one side only using the digital textile printing technique. This means that the design is not on both sides of the fabric, but only on one of them.
Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, both the polyester and elastane composition and its elastic and grainy texture contribute to its versatility and adaptability to different fashion garments. Its flexibility and natural drape make it ideal for dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear for both women and men.
As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is advisable to avoid bleaching and ironing at high temperatures. It can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene. Tumble drying should be done at a reduced temperature to preserve the quality of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out on polyester. This technique allows for high definition and durability of the printed design, guaranteeing excellent visual quality in the final result.
