The fabric is a Velvet Corduroy named Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. It has a grammage of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its care instructions include no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, no dry cleaning with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer.
The printed design applied to this fabric is complex and artistic, featuring botanical and abstract elements. It is characterized by being floral, using both pictorial and abstract, artistic flowers. Its main color is multicolored, giving it a striking and vibrant appearance.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only, using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is only printed on one side of the fabric, not on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture and a visual sheen. Additionally, its printed design has standard complexity and falls within artistic, botanical, and abstract styles.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for decorating and upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas. It is also suitable for making trousers, accessories, overshirts, jackets, blazers, coats/vests, bags, and backpacks. In the context of home textiles, it can be used for making cushions, baskets, and other decorative items in spaces such as the kitchen, bedroom, and living room.
As for the care that should be taken with this fabric, it is recommended to follow the previously mentioned instructions, avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and the use of a tumble dryer should be avoided.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process allows the design to be permanently transferred through high temperatures and pressure, achieving exceptional quality and durability. By using sublimation, it is guaranteed that the colors and details of the printed design remain vibrant and sharp over time.
