The fine water-repellent fabric - Storm is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester. With a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, it is perfect for fashion garments such as jackets, shower curtains, and sports raincoats. Its primary season of use is winter.
The printed design of this fabric features standard complexity with a botanical, artistic, and decorative style. Its floral graphic patterns, including pictorial and wild flowers, give it a natural and vibrant touch. The main colors of the design are lapis lazuli blue (65.88%), cantaloupe orange (17.06%), and DarkSlateBlue (8.65%). This combination of contrasting colors creates an eye-catching and modern look.
In addition to the main colors, this fabric could combine well with solid colors such as white, black, and gray, as they would highlight the details of the printed design.
It is important to note that the printed design is digitally printed on one side only, meaning that only one side of the fabric features the print. This gives it versatility when used in various creative projects.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a waterproof finish and is water-repellent, making it ideal for water-resistant garments. Additionally, its texture is thin and smooth, making it pleasant to the touch and easy to handle in tailoring.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied. In addition to fashion, home, and sports items mentioned above, it can also be used to make raincoats and jackets for men, women, and children. Its versatility makes it an ideal option for creative projects in general.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of bleach and dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and a tumble dryer should not be used.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out on polyester fabrics. This process involves the transfer of liquid ink to vapor, which penetrates the fibers of the fabric and is permanently printed on it. This ensures the durability and resistance of the printed design on the fabric, even after multiple washes.
