Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a type of tweed made from 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as abstract spots, with an artistic and decorative style, drawn with circles and polka dots. The main colors of this design are soft ivory white (77.22%), and cantaloupe orange (18.84% and 1.44%). This single-sided digital textile print can be combined with solid colors such as black, gray, or brown to highlight its pattern.
In terms of its general characteristics, Tweed - Chanel fabric has a rigid texture and a soft touch. The printed design, with its artistic style and abstract shapes, adds a touch of complexity and originality to any garment or decorative item made with this fabric.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, and can also be used for making cushions in living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. Furthermore, its printed design and the variety of available colors also make it suitable for making shorts, bow ties, sports vests, and caps, providing versatility in the field of fashion and accessories.
It is important to note the necessary care for this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is also possible, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high-quality and durable reproduction of the printed design. The fabric is printed on one side using this process, ensuring that the design is visible and sharp on all garments and items made with it.
