Recycled Lycra fabric - Seal is a 230 gr/m2 Lycra with a composition of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. Its name is due to the GRS certification seal which guarantees that the fabric is sustainable and has been manufactured from recycled materials. With an elastic texture and a soft touch, this fabric is perfect for making lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, such as bikinis, swimsuits, tights, or leggings.
The printed design applied to this fabric features a combination of attributes and main colors that make it unique. With an artistic and decorative style, the print is inspired by tropical nature, with an animal print theme representing a tiger. The simplicity and elegance of the design make it versatile, suitable for both everyday wear and home decor.
The main colors of the design are Night Black (41.35%), Fox Orange (26.04%), and Reddish Orange (15.36%). These colors can be combined with other solid colors such as white, gray, green, or yellow, to highlight different elements of the design and create visually attractive contrasts.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only, using textile digital printing technology. That is, the design is applied only on one side of the fabric and not on both. This guarantees a high-quality print, with vibrant and long-lasting colors.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric is elastic, chlorine resistant, and has a very high UV protection finish (UPF 50+), making it ideal for swimwear that needs to protect the skin from sun rays.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to lingerie, sportswear, and swimwear, this fabric is suitable for making leotards, leggings, and other fashion garments. Its elasticity and resistance make it suitable for high-performance physical and sports activities.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid bleaching and dry cleaning. In addition, it can be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which allows the transfer of inks through heat, achieving durable adhesion and sharp colors. This process guarantees high resolution and superior print quality.
