The base fabric used in this printed design is Polyester Lycra, specifically the Nairobi variety, weighing 270 gr/m2. This high-quality fabric is composed of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, giving it an elastic texture and a soft feel.
The printed design features a combination of abstract shapes, smudges, and circles, in a main color palette that includes shades of blue such as SteelBlue and Jay Blue, as well as Midnight Black.
The combination of these colors results in a striking and original print, which can be complemented with solid colors such as white, gray, or emerald green to achieve a balanced contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side only using the digital textile printing technique. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, providing a crisp and detailed appearance.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its elasticity and chlorine resistance stand out, making it ideal for use in lingerie, swimwear, leotards, and sports leggings. In addition, it has a very high UV protection factor (UPF 50+), making it a safe option for outdoor activities.
As for fabric care, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid bleaching and dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. It is also advisable to iron it at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring special inks to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique guarantees high print quality, durability, and wash resistance, keeping the design intact over time.
