Velvetleaf - Dublin

The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is soft to the touch and has a visual sheen. Its printed design features different attributes such as animal print, specifically zebra, with a modern and decorative art style. It also has a graphic stripe pattern, which gives it a very striking look.

This design is primarily composed of canary yellow and plum pink, representing 56.79% and 32.6% of the design, respectively. Additionally, it has a touch of plum pink at 4.7%. These colors can combine very well with other solid colors such as white, black, gray, brown, or even more intense shades like red or green.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both.

Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, in addition to its softness and visual sheen, it is important to mention that it is suitable for decoration and upholstery applications, both for chairs, armchairs, and sofas. It is also ideal for making fashion garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, and blazers, as well as for making accessories such as bags and backpacks.

As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It does not allow dry cleaning, but it does allow dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is a process that uses heat to transfer ink to the fabric, creating vibrant and high-quality designs. This printing method ensures that the stamped design is durable and wash-resistant.
