Recycled Lycra fabric is a type of Lycra fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric presents a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to the touch. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection of 50+, making it ideal for swimwear.
The printed design of this fabric is abstract, with spots of different sizes and shades. Despite its complexity in form, it remains simple and decorative in its artistic style. The main colors that predominate in the design are Wood Brown, Midnight Black and Dark Brown.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the design is only on one side of the fabric. It is important to note that it is not a double-sided printed fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, making it perfect for garments that require freedom of movement. On the other hand, the printed design adds an artistic and decorative touch to any garment made with this fabric.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to being suitable for swimsuits and bikinis, it can also be used for making hair ties and scrunchies. Thanks to its chlorine resistance and UV protection, this fabric is ideal for swimwear that will be exposed to sun and water.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment does not admit dry cleaning and should be ironed at a low temperature. In addition, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process allows the colors to be durably fixed to the fabric, guaranteeing a quality and wash-resistant design.
In summary, the Recycled Lycra fabric features an abstract printed design with brown and black spots. This fabric is soft, elastic and chlorine resistant, with very high UV protection. Suitable for swimwear, hair ties and scrunchies, this fabric requires specific care and is printed on one side using sublimation technology.
