The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric is a Lycra-type fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is characterized by being soft to the touch and elastic, which provides comfort and freedom of movement.
As for the printed design, it is an abstract stain design, with a pictorial style and standard complexity. This modern art-inspired design combines main colors that represent 49.63% of shades and 46.7% of shades. In addition to these colors, the fabric could perfectly combine with other plain colors that highlight some of the tones present in the design, such as white, black, navy blue or pale pink.
It is important to note that the printed design is only on one side of the fabric, as it is printed using digital textile printing technology. This technology guarantees high print quality and allows the design to be durable and resistant to use and washing.
In general terms, the Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric has characteristics such as its softness to the touch, its elasticity, its resistance to chlorine and its very high UV protection with a protection factor of 50+. These characteristics make this fabric perfect for various applications, such as making hair ties, scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits and fashion garments in general.
As for care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. The garment cannot be dry cleaned, but it can be ironed at a cold temperature. In addition, the use of a tumble dryer should be avoided to ensure the durability and quality of the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This technique consists of transferring the design to the fabric through the application of controlled heat and pressure. In this way, a total integration between the polyester fiber and the ink is achieved, which provides a sharp and durable print.
