Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The PET Recycled Canvas Fabric - Dallas is a canvas weave composed of 100% polyester. It has a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its name refers to its recycled PET composition, making it a sustainable option.
The printed design of this fabric features pictorial characteristics and a drawn style, typical of home decor. Its main colors are predominantly earthy tones, with 56.49% of one color and 29.45% of another. This design can combine wonderfully with solid colors such as brown, beige, cream, or olive green.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing. This means that the print is on a single side of the fabric, allowing greater flexibility in its use.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a rough and rigid texture, which gives it resistance and durability. In addition, it is visually opaque, making it ideal for decoration applications.
Regarding its applications and uses, this fabric is perfect for decoration on frames and paintings, both indoors and outdoors. It can also be used to make cushions, pants, accessories such as purses and backpacks, toiletry bags, aprons, among others. Its versatility makes it a suitable option for both fashion projects and interior decoration.
For its care, it is recommended to follow these instructions: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning with solvents is allowed, iron at cold temperature, and tumble dry at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique consists of applying heat and pressure to the ink, allowing it to turn into gas and adhere permanently to the fabric. This ensures high print quality and greater durability of the design.
