The base fabric for this printed design is a fine water-repellent fabric - Storm. It is a technical fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. Its composition and waterproof finish make this fabric ideal for fashion applications such as jackets, as well as for home textiles such as shower curtains. It is also suitable for sportswear such as raincoats and jackets/bomber jackets. Its season of use is especially in winter.
The printed design features artistic and pictorial characteristics, with a drawn style that makes it an option for home decoration. The main colors of this design are predominant, represented by 56.49% and 29.45%. These colors can be easily combined with other plain tones, such as white or black, to create contrasts or maintain a monochromatic style.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only, using digital textile printing. This means that the design is not present on both sides of the fabric, but only on one of them.
Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric offers a waterproof finish and a thin, smooth texture to the touch. These qualities ensure optimal performance in terms of water resistance and comfort when wearing or using products made with it.
Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, this fabric can also be used in the manufacture of fashion clothing for both men and women, as well as in sports items for children. Its versatility makes it a suitable option for different textile projects.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to follow the provided instructions, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and not using dry cleaning. In addition, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and tumble drying should not be used.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing technique allows for high-quality and durable designs by fixing the colors in the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees faithful and resistant reproduction to use and washing.
