Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The fabric is a Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It is made of 100% polyester and has GRS certification, which makes it sustainable and environmentally friendly as it is made from recycled materials.
The printed design on the fabric features various attributes, such as abstract stains in naturally combined colors, a leopard pattern in animal print style, pictorial elements, and standard complexity. The main colors of the design are predominantly brown and black, with 60.58% and 22.72% respectively. These colors intertwine to create a striking and versatile look that can easily combine with plain fabrics in neutral tones such as white, beige, or gray, as well as with some elements in more vibrant tones such as yellow or green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using sublimation technology, which means that the pattern will only be visible on one side of the fabric. This allows for greater versatility in the way it is used, as you can decide to use the printed side or the plain side depending on the design or project in mind.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it has a rough and rigid texture, making it ideal for decoration and fashion applications. Thanks to its polyester composition, the fabric is resistant and durable, making it suitable for projects that require a high-quality fabric.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used to create decoration on frames and paintings, outdoor cushions, pants, and fashion accessories such as wallets, backpacks, or hats. It can also be used in home textile projects such as aprons, table runners and tablecloths, cushions and baskets for the living room, as well as for upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is also suitable for dry cleaning with solvents, can be ironed at a cold temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows for vivid and long-lasting color transfer thanks to the application of heat and pressure on the fabric. This ensures that the printed design remains vibrant and sharp over time.
