The Lisbon bi-elastic twill fabric is a versatile and modern option for a variety of sewing projects. With a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, this fabric has a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its texture combines rough and elastic characteristics, making it pleasant to the touch and allowing for greater movement.
The printed design of this fabric is complex and monochrome, with a botanical-style graphic pattern and decorative elements. It is inspired by nature, featuring stylized, artistic, and pictorial flowers. The main colors of the design are neutral, with 58.78% of a dominant tone and 16.54% of another. To combine with these colors, various plain tones can be used, such as white, black, gray, or any tone that accentuates the colors present in the design.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only through digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, leaving the other side plain and unprinted.
Regarding general characteristics, the Lisbon bi-elastic twill fabric offers a combination of comfort and resistance. Its elasticity provides a better fit and freedom of movement, while its rough texture adds a touch of style. The printed design adds personality and originality to any project.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used for making pants, skirts, jeans, shorts/bermudas, dresses, and fashion accessories for both men and women. It is also suitable for creating kitchen towels, cushions, embroidery hoops, paintings, and decorative elements for both indoors and outdoors.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended to follow these guidelines: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is possible except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid using a dryer.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This digital textile printing process allows for high definition and durability of the stamped design, as colors and details merge directly with the fabric fibers. This guarantees a high-quality result in terms of color fidelity and resistance to washing and wear.
