The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is an elastic and soft-touch fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its composition is 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which gives it elasticity and comfort when worn. It has a width of 150 cm and is ideal for sportswear, lingerie, knitwear, tops, and bikinis. It can also be used in home decor, such as for making scrunchies.
The printed design is an Animal Print style, artistic and decorative, with standard complexity. The main colors are predominantly leopard, covering 43.92%, and it also includes 43.77% solid colors. These solid colors are complementary to the leopard print and can be selected according to the desired color palette. Solid colors that could combine well with this printed design could be neutral tones like black, white, gray, or beige, or vibrant colors like red, blue, or yellow.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the print is on one side of the fabric and not on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, the Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo has an elastic and soft-touch texture. Additionally, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection with a factor of 50+. These features make this fabric an ideal choice for swimwear, as it is chlorine-resistant and offers protection against UV rays.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, this fabric is also suitable for making sportswear for men, women, and children, as well as lingerie bras and bralettes. Its versatility makes it a popular choice for various fashion garments.
For care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and avoid bleaching. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. Do not tumble dry this fabric.
