The Velvety Corduroy fabric - Dublin is a soft and visually bright texture that offers a pleasant tactile sensation. The printed design features modern art elements, a botanical style, and is colorful, with hand-drawn details that give a childlike feel. The main colors of the design are predominantly floral and abstract, with 58.69% main color and 14.54% other color.
This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only. It is not a double-sided printed fabric; the design is only on one side.
Regarding the fabrics characteristics, in addition to its soft texture and visual brightness, it stands out for its composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which gives it elasticity and resistance. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is a versatile and durable fabric.
As for the printed design, its complexity is standard and is characterized by its modern artistic style and botanical elements. The main colors of the design are vibrant and colorful, allowing it to be combined with other plain colors that highlight its print, such as neutral tones or complementary colors.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used for furniture decoration such as chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making fashion garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, and vests. It is also suitable for creating accessories such as handbags and backpacks. In the home, it can be used for cushions in different spaces such as the kitchen, bedroom, and living room, as well as for making decorative baskets.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is not allowed, except in the case of using trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cold temperature should be used, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees high print quality and durability of the printed design. This technique permanently fixes the design to the fabric without altering its texture or properties.
