Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel is a fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2. With a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, and Bermuda shorts. It can also be used in home decoration, such as cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, as well as in outdoor spaces. Its printed design is characterized by being abstract, with pictorial brushstrokes and an artistic style, which gives it a very simple and monochromatic appearance. The main colors of the design are intense, with 50.6% and 42.33% predominance.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on the reverse.
Regarding general characteristics, Tweed - Chanel has a rigid texture and a soft touch. Its polyester composition provides strength and durability, making it suitable for clothing and decoration.
In terms of plain color combinations, this fabric harmonizes very well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black, as well as with more intense colors such as red and navy blue.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. To iron it, a cool temperature should be used, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process involves applying inks by means of heat and pressure, so that the ink molecules turn into gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric. This provides high image quality and durability in the printed design.
