The fabric in question is the Punto Jersey with Cotton Feel - Atenas. It is a knit fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It presents a soft and elastic texture to the touch.
The printed design that adorns this fabric is characterized by being abstract, with brushstrokes and standard complexity. It falls within modern and artistic art, standing out for its color and drawn strokes. The main shapes of the design are abstract, with the presence of circles, dots, and brushstrokes. Additionally, it stands out for its use of vibrant and striking colors.
This printed design can combine very well with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, red, or yellow, as these tones can highlight the main colors of the design and create an interesting visual contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with this design on one side only using digital textile printing. Therefore, it is not a double-sided printed fabric; the design is only present on one side of the fabric.
Regarding general characteristics, the Punto Jersey with cotton feel offers great elasticity and softness to the touch, making it ideal for fashion garments such as jerseys, tops, dresses, cardigans, and knitwear in general. It can also be used in lingerie, pajamas, blankets, and accessories like socks, scarves, and foulards. Furthermore, its composition of polyester, acrylic, and elastane makes it resistant and durable.
As for care, it is recommended to wash this fabric at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding the use of bleach. It can be dry cleaned, except when using trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used, and tumble drying is not recommended.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, which allows for direct ink transfer to the fabric, achieving a durable and high-quality result. This printing technique ensures that the printed design is preserved in perfect condition during use and washing.
