The fabric, Polyester Lycra - Cairo, is a high-quality elastic lycra with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. It has a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features an abstract aesthetic with spots and artistic painting. Despite its apparent simplicity, the design stands out for its artistic complexity. The main colors are varied, with 45.1% of a dominant tone and 18.99% of another color that complements the palette. This design can be combined with other solid colors such as black, white, blue, or pink.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the fabric is not printed on both sides, but only on one. This allows the details to be highlighted and maintains the visual quality of the design.
Regarding general characteristics, both the fabric and the printed design offer a soft and elastic texture to the touch. In addition, the fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection (UPF 50+), making it ideal for sportswear and swimwear.
In terms of applications and uses of the fabric, apart from being suitable for sportswear, lingerie, and fashion, it can also be used in the making of tops, bikinis, and swimsuits. Its versatility allows its use in different seasons, as it is timeless.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, dry cleaning can be applied except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. The dryer should not be used to dry this fabric.
