The Hydrofuge Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso is a type of technical fabric made entirely of polyester, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its name refers to its water-repellent and antibacterial properties, making it an ideal choice for applications in fashion, accessories, decoration, and home textiles.
The printed design of this fabric features a combination of attributes that make it unique. It is characterized by its standard complexity and artistic style, with a modern touch reflected in its graphic pattern. It is a simple design, but with a strong black and white contrast, giving it a contemporary and versatile look.
This design combines perfectly with solid colors such as white, black, and gray, as it will highlight its contrast and add a touch of sophistication. It can also be combined with more striking colors, such as red or yellow, to create a bolder visual impact.
It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is only present on one side of the fabric. This does not affect its quality or durability, as digital printing allows for high definition and precision in the design.
In terms of general characteristics, the Hydrofuge Antibacterial Fabric - Tromso has a waterproof finish and a rough texture to the touch. In addition, its antibacterial finish gives it additional properties of hygiene and resistance to microorganisms.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can be used for making dining table tablecloths, cushions for the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, backpacks, wallets, purses, and toiletry bags. Its versatility and resistance make it an ideal choice for various projects.
For the care of this fabric, it is important to take into account the following recommendations: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, dry cleaning allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. This process consists of printing the design on transfer paper using special sublimation inks and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures a sharp and durable image on the material.
