The Paño - Glasgow fabric is a woven fabric composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for outerwear such as coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, and blazers. It is also used in home textiles, such as coasters and kitchen cloths. Its soft texture gives it a pleasant feel against the skin.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being abstract and pictorial, with scribbles and sketches that give it an artistic and modern style. The main colors of the design are predominantly 75.93% and 17.49%. These colors can be combined with other plain colors such as gray, black, navy blue, or white, to highlight the printed design and create an interesting visual contrast.
It is important to note that the printed design is only printed on one side of the fabric, using digital textile printing. This means that the reverse side of the fabric does not show the same design, which allows for different combinations and uses in garment making.
In terms of general characteristics, the Paño - Glasgow fabric stands out for its softness to the touch and its weight of 380 gr/m2, which makes it a resistant and durable fabric. Aesthetically, the printed design adds complexity and originality to garments or products made with this material.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse. In addition to being ideal for outerwear, it can be used in the manufacture of altars and in home decoration, such as coasters in the dining room. Its versatility allows it to adapt to different styles and seasons, being especially suitable for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be ironed at a warm temperature. In addition, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process allows the printed design to adhere durably to the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees optimal quality and resistance. The printing is done digitally, which allows for greater precision and detail in the final design.
In summary, the Paño - Glasgow fabric stands out for its composition of polyester, viscose, and elastane, its softness to the touch, and its weight of 380 gr/m2. Its abstract and pictorial printed design adds originality and complexity to garments and products made. Its versatility allows it to be used in outerwear, altars, coasters, and other home decoration elements. Its sublimated printing technology guarantees high quality and resistance in the printed design.
