The fabric in question is Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. It has a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features attributes such as abstract stains, watercolors, paintings, and geometric shapes, among others. The main colors of the design are 67.1% and 11.04% respectively.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using sublimation technology. It is important to note that printing is done on only one side of the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture that gives it a pleasant feel against the skin. On the other hand, the printed design is distinguished by its artistic, colorful, and modern style, using abstract and geometric shapes.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, its usefulness in knitwear such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters, for both women and men, stands out. It can also be used in the making of household napkins.
As for the colors that could be combined with this design, plain colors that complement and highlight the main tones of the print can be used, such as neutral tones like white, black, or gray, as well as vibrant tones that create a striking contrast, such as yellow, blue, or red.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except for the use of trichloroethylene. For ironing, it is recommended to use a cool temperature and avoid the use of a dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying heat and pressure to the printing ink so that it turns into gas and adheres permanently to the fibers of the fabric. This process guarantees high print quality and optimal design durability.
