The Paño Glasgow fabric is a textile composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, giving it a resistant and elastic composition. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is perfect for outerwear such as coats, trench coats, and jackets. It can also be used in the making of blazers and jackets. Additionally, it can be used in home textiles, specifically in the dining room as coasters and in the kitchen as dishcloths.
The printed design of the fabric has attributes that make it unique and striking. With an abstract and artistic style, it stands out for its wide range of colors. The predominant shapes in the design are circles and abstract forms. These elements combine to create a modern and colorful design, with standard complexity.
This fabric is printed with the single-sided design using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, allowing it to be used in garment making without worrying about the reverse side.
Regarding general characteristics, the Paño Glasgow fabric has a soft texture to the touch, making it very comfortable to wear. The printed design adds an element of style and personality to any garment made with this fabric.
In terms of applications and uses, this fabric is versatile and can be used to create fashion garments for both men and women. Additionally, its resistance and durability make it suitable for home applications, such as coasters and kitchen towels. Its use also extends to altars in religious ceremonies.
As for care, it is important to note that this fabric cannot be bleached and its maximum washing temperature is 40ºC. Dry cleaning is not recommended, and it should be ironed at a warm temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester fibers. This technology allows the colors of the design to be permanently impregnated into the fabric, providing greater durability and resistance to fading.
