The Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled is a soft and elastic lycra, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, which provides great elasticity and resistance. This fabric has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection (UV protection factor 50+), which makes it ideal for swimwear and sportswear.
The printed design of this fabric is abstract and artistic in style, with abstract shapes, stripes, and lines. The main colors of the design are 46.31% and 16.39%, although these colors are not specified. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, or pale pink.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is printed on one side of the fabric and not on both sides.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it comfortable to wear. Digital textile printing guarantees the quality and durability of the printed design, as well as allowing a wide variety of colors and details in the print.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for other products such as hair ties and scrunchies, as well as for swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits. It is also suitable for fashion garments such as swimsuits. The fabric has GRS certification, which guarantees that it is sustainable and made with recycled materials.
Regarding care, it is important to avoid bleaching and wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning and tumble drying are not recommended. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the fabric.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design to the fabric through heat and pressure. This technology allows for high print quality and great durability of the printed design. Being a recycled lycra, this fabric is a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.
