The Stretch Knit Crepe Fabric - Riga is an elastic crepe fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. Its printed design is characterized by being pictorial, of standard complexity, and with a watercolor and artistic style, as well as being two-tone and featuring geometric elements and square and tile shapes. The main design is multicolored and combines perfectly with plain colors such as white, black, navy blue, or pastel pink.
The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the print is visible only on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the fabric include an elastic and granular texture, which provides a unique feel and a high-quality appearance.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used to make fashion garments for both women and men, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. Its versatility allows it to adapt to different styles and trends, making it ideal for creating modern and striking pieces.
As for care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, it is recommended not to iron at high temperatures and to tumble dry at a reduced temperature. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees high quality and durability in the print. This process involves the transfer of inks through heat and pressure, which allows the colors and designs to be permanently fixed on the fabric, maintaining their original appearance even after several washes.
