The fabric, called Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, is a type of knit fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. It has a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. Its care requires no bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at low temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and no tumble drying.
The printed design of this fabric has attributes such as being pictorial, of standard complexity, with an abstract and artistic style, colorful, and geometric. Additionally, it features mosaic shapes and main colors that represent 25.37% and 21.99% respectively of the design.
By combining the main colors with other solid colors, a wide variety of combinations could be created. For example, it could be combined with solid colors in blue, green, or pink tones to highlight the main colors of the design. Neutral colors such as beige or white could also be used to give it a more classic look.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on only one side, using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of both the fabric and the printed design, the fabric has a soft texture, is visually opaque, and elastic to the touch. On the other hand, the printed design presents a standard complexity, with geometric shapes and a very colorful artistic and abstract style.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, its use in lingerie such as panties, bodysuits, and bras/bralettes stands out. It is also used in womens and mens fashion for tops and knitwear, as well as in accessories and in sports garments for women, men, and children. In addition, it is used for the manufacture of scrunchies and hair ties. These applications and uses are complemented by the elasticity and softness of the fabric.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean it except with trichloroethylene, iron it at a low temperature on the reverse side of the fabric, and not use a tumble dryer.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which uses polyester as a substrate to transfer the design to the fabric. This allows for high-quality printing and durability in the stamped design.
