The fabric we are describing is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, with a composition of 100% polyester and a grammage of 135 gr/m2. The fabric features a breathable finish and an elastic texture, making it ideal for sportswear such as t-shirts. The printed design applied to this fabric is characterized by being pictorial, of standard complexity, and with an artistic and decorative style. It is inspired by nature, with floral elements and plants as protagonists. The main colors of the design are 73.52% and 16.95%.
This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning the print is on only one side of the fabric. It is important to note that this fabric is not printed on both sides.
Regarding the general characteristics of both the fabric and the printed design, the breathable technical fabric - Fresh stands out for being breathable, which allows for greater comfort during use. In addition, it has a soft and elastic feel, which provides a good adaptation to the garments made.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above (hair ties, scrunchies, and sports t-shirts for women, men, and children), this fabric can also be used in the manufacture of other types of sportswear, such as leggings, shorts, and sweatshirts. As for the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 60ºC and not to use bleach. In addition, it is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried. It is important to follow these instructions to maintain the properties and durability of the fabric and the printed design.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester. This process involves applying heat and pressure to the ink printed on sublimation paper so that it evaporates and permanently adheres to the fabric.
