The Recycled Lycra - Recycled fabric is a stretchy, soft fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric provides comfort and elasticity. Its chlorine-resistant finish makes it ideal for use in swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits. Its soft touch and elasticity allow for a comfortable and flattering fit.
The printed design of this fabric features a mix of artistic styles with pictorial and abstract details. The stripe shapes add dynamism and visual appeal to the design. The main colors of the design are predominantly black and white, with 61.25% white and 31.43% black. These neutral colors provide versatility and make it easy to combine with other solid colors, such as red, blue, or green, to create striking and modern outfits.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is on only one side of the fabric. The back of the fabric is plain and unprinted. This feature adds dynamism and originality to garments made with this fabric.
In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft touch and great elasticity, making it comfortable to wear and allowing for great freedom of movement. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers high UV protection (very high UV protection factor 50+), making it an ideal choice for swimwear.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to being suitable for bikinis and swimsuits, it is also used in the manufacture of accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies. Its versatility and resistance make it suitable for different styles and seasons, being suitable for both sportswear and general fashion.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning or tumble drying. It can be ironed at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for accurate and durable reproduction of the printed design. Thanks to this technology, the design is permanently integrated into the fibers of the fabric, ensuring vibrant colors and wash resistance.
