The fabric used for this printed design is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2. This fabric has a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it great elasticity and a body-hugging fit. With a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is ideal for lingerie, sportswear such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, and leggings.
The printing technology used in this case is sublimation, applied to polyester. This ensures that the colors are sharp and long-lasting, as the ink adheres to the fabric at a molecular level. Furthermore, the printed design is single-sided, using digital textile printing technique.
Regarding the fabrics characteristics, its elastic texture stands out, providing comfort and freedom of movement. It also has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
The printed design has several attributes, such as being pictorial, standard, artistic, bicolor, and botanical. It combines floral nature with artistic flowers and blossoms, as well as flourish. The main colors of the design are 53.8% and 30.38%, but they can also be combined with other solid colors according to personal preference, such as black, white, blue, or pink.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can also be used in fashion garments, such as swimwear. Its elasticity and resistance make it perfect for body-hhugging garments. Furthermore, its UV protection makes it ideal for outdoor activities in the sun.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry-cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
