The Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Woven Fabric is a technical fabric made entirely of polyester. With a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric features a waterproof finish, making it water-resistant, and an antibacterial finish.
The printed design adorning this fabric presents different attributes that give it a unique appearance. The illustrations are artistic and decorative in style, with vintage touches and floral nature elements, such as large flowers and leaves. The main colors of the design are predominantly floral, with 50.54% of tones in that range and 16.44% of other colors that complement the palette.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. It is important to note that the design is printed on only one side of the fabric, not both.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric presents a rough finish, which gives it an interesting tactile texture. In addition, its water-repellent finish makes it resistant to water, making it an ideal option for fashion and accessory applications, as well as for both interior and exterior decoration.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied. In fashion, it can be used to make pants, backpacks, and handbags, while in decoration it can be used for stretchers, paintings, deckchairs, tablecloths, and cushions, among others. Its versatility also extends to domestic use, being suitable for implementation in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and dining rooms.
For the care of this fabric, it is important to consider some recommendations. It can be washed at a maximum temperature of 60ºC and allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature and it cannot be tumble dried. In addition, bleaching the fabric is not recommended.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is a process by which colors and designs are permanently transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure. This method guarantees excellent print quality and durability in the stamped design.
