The Polyester Lycra fabric - Cairo is an elastic fabric with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric offers a soft and elastic texture, making it perfect for garments that require mobility and comfort. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection of 50+, ideal for use in water sports or under sun exposure.
The printed design on the fabric features attributes of modern, botanical, and colorful art. With motifs that include plants, leaves, and pictorial florals, this design is vibrant and eye-catching. The main colors of the design are 43.82% and 19.11%, suggesting a combination of similar tones in the color palette. This design can be combined with plain colors such as dark green, golden yellow, or white, to highlight and harmonize with the colors of the print.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the print is only on one side of the fabric, which allows for a high-quality finish and detail in the design.
As for the general characteristics, both of the fabric and the printed design, we can highlight the elasticity and softness of the fabric, which makes it comfortable to wear. In addition, the printed design adds an artistic and modern touch to any garment made with this fabric.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, apart from those mentioned above, it can also be used in the creation of sportswear, such as bikinis and swimsuits, as well as in the manufacture of scrunchies. As for the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It should not be tumble dried to preserve the quality of the fabric.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology, which is a process in which the design is transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees high resolution and durability of the print, as well as allowing printing in a wide range of colors and details.
