The Athens Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit Fabric is a type of knit fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane. With a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric presents a composition that combines the softness of cotton with the elasticity of elastane, thus offering a soft and elastic texture to the touch. Its printed design is characterized by its abstract style, with brushstrokes and watercolors that give it an artistic and drawn look. The main colors of the design are 36.5% and 23.63%. The design is digitally printed on one side, meaning that the fabric is only printed on one of its faces.
The Athens Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit Fabric has general characteristics of softness and elasticity, making it ideal for applications in lingerie, pajamas, jerseys, tops, knitwear, dresses, cardigans, blankets, socks, scarves, childrens knitwear, among others. The versatility of this fabric makes it a suitable option for different uses in fashion and home textiles.
Regarding the necessary care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing technique allows for high-quality, durable designs with vibrant colors. With sublimation, the colors fuse with the fabric fibers, guaranteeing a print resistant to washing and friction.
