The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a soft corduroy fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. The printed design on this fabric is pictorial in style, featuring botanical elements and a main color palette that includes deep teal blue, khaki yellow, and camouflage green. This design also includes stylized flowers and leaves, giving it an artistic and natural look. To complement this design, solid colors such as white, gray, or cream can be used.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures exceptional quality and durability. The general characteristics of this fabric include its soft feel and visual sheen, making it ideal for fashion garments and decoration.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, including furniture upholstery, garment making such as jackets or trousers, and the creation of accessories like bags or backpacks. Additionally, it can also be used for making cushions, baskets, and other decorative home elements.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and avoid tumble drying. The fabric is not suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring ink at high temperatures so that it permanently adheres to the fabric fibers. This ensures a crisp and durable print, with vibrant colors and precise details in the printed design.
