The base fabric of this velvety corduroy, called Dublin, is a blend of polyester, polyamide, and elastane, giving it softness and a slight stretch. With a weight of 280 gr/m2, this fabric has a width of 150 cm and features a single-sided print design using sublimation technology.
The printed design of this fabric combines abstract elements and artistic brushstrokes, creating a bright and sophisticated visual effect. With a modern and artistic style, this print stands out for its simplicity, using lines as its main form. The predominant colors in this design are 92.14% and 6.21% respectively.
This printed fabric perfectly combines with solid colors such as white, black, gray, and beige, as it allows the printed design to be the protagonist of the garment or decoration project.
Regarding general characteristics, Dublin corduroy is distinguished by its soft texture and bright appearance. On the other hand, the printed design provides a modern and artistic aesthetic with its abstract style and combination of lines.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it is ideal for furniture decoration such as chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making clothing such as pants, overshirts, jackets, and blazers. In addition, it can also be used for creating accessories such as handbags and backpacks.
As for the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene and can be ironed at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design printed on paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows the print to be durable and high quality, without losing its brightness and definition over time.
