The "Sarga Bielástica - Lisboa" twill fabric is primarily composed of polyester and elastane, giving it great elasticity and a comfortable feel. With a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for clothing such as trousers, skirts, jeans, shorts, or Bermuda shorts, as well as for fashion accessories. It can also be used in home textiles, such as for kitchen towels and cushions, bedroom cushions, or living room cushions and frames.
Its printed design is characterized by being abstract and artistic, with brushstrokes and a very simple complexity. With a modern, two-tone, and drawn style, it features lines in main colors that include 92.14% and 6.21%. These colors can be combined with other solid colors such as white, black, navy blue, or gray, to further highlight the design and achieve an elegant and contemporary look.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on only one side, using digital textile printing technology. This means that the back of the fabric remains unprinted, which may limit usage options in certain projects.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric has a rough and elastic texture, making it comfortable to wear and easy to manipulate in tailoring. In addition, its soft touch ensures a great feel upon contact with the skin.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is perfect for fashion garments for both men and women, as well as for accessories and home textiles. Its elasticity makes it ideal for garments that require a high degree of stretch, such as tight trousers or skirts, while its resistance and weight make it suitable for more structured projects such as frames or pictures.
As for care, it is important to follow the manufacturers instructions. This fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, can be ironed at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended. These precautions ensure greater durability and preservation of the fabric.
The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process uses special inks that vaporize and adhere to the polyester fibers, ensuring an accurate and durable reproduction of the printed design on the fabric surface. This technique allows for vibrant colors and an exceptional level of detail in the design.
