The fabric we are discussing is a fine water-repellent fabric - Storm, a type of technical textile composed of 100% POLYESTER. With a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm, this fabric possesses characteristics that make it versatile and functional in various applications. It is worth noting that this fabric is printed with a single-sided patterned design using digital textile printing.
The printed design of this fabric exhibits several attributes, such as ABSTRACT with splatters, ANIMAL PRINT with leopard and cheetah patterns, ARTISTIC pictorials, standard COMPLEXITY, STYLES in black and white and modern art, as well as abstract FORMS. These attributes combine to create a striking and expressive design. The main colors of this design are 46.72% and 23.84%.
Regarding solid color combinations, this printed fabric could pair well with solid colors such as black, white, grey, navy blue, or even neutral colors like beige or light brown, which would allow the printed design to stand out and be complemented.
The fabric itself presents several general characteristics. On one hand, it has a waterproof and water-repellent finish, making it ideal for winter fashion garments, such as jackets and raincoats. Additionally, it has a thin and smooth texture to the touch, making it pleasant and comfortable to wear.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to fashion and sportswear, it can also be used in the textile/home sector, particularly in the manufacture of shower curtains. Its water resistance and printed design add a decorative and functional touch to any bathroom.
As for the necessary care for this fabric, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleach. It is not suitable for dry cleaning and should be ironed at a cool temperature. Furthermore, tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (POLYESTER). This technology allows high-quality images and precise details to be transferred to the fabric, thus creating a vibrant and durable design. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only, meaning the design is on one side of the fabric and does not show on the reverse.
