Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is a stretchy and resistant fabric, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. With a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric offers a soft and elastic texture, ideal for lingerie, swimwear, bikinis, leotards, and leggings for women, men, and children. In addition, its GRS certification guarantees its sustainability as it is made with recycled materials.
The printed design of this fabric features a combination of pictorial, abstract, and watercolor elements, creating an artistic and colorful style. Nature is present with plants and leaves in the design. The main colors of the design are still unknown, but we can combine them with solid colors such as blue, green, or white.
It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the patterned design on one side. This means that the design is on only one side of the fabric, offering a high-quality and durable finish.
Regarding general characteristics, Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal is chlorine-resistant and has a very high UV protection factor (UPF 50+), which makes it ideal for swimwear. In addition, its soft and elastic feel guarantees comfort and freedom of movement.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, it can also be used in the manufacture of underwear, bodysuits, and sportswear in general. Its elasticity and chlorine resistance make it a perfect choice for garments that require high performance and durability.
As for care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of bleaches and dry cleaning. Likewise, it should be ironed at a low temperature and avoid the use of a tumble dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. This process is based on converting solid pigments into gas so that they penetrate the fabric fibers, ensuring a high-quality print and vibrant colors.
In summary, Recycled Lycra Fabric - Seal with its printed design offers a stretchy and resistant fabric with a pictorial, abstract, and colorful style. Its applications are diverse, from lingerie to sportswear, and its printing technology guarantees exceptional quality.
