The Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston is a sweatshirt-type fabric made of 100% polyester. Its weight of 220 gr/m2 gives it a warm and soft feel to the touch, perfect for winter or autumn/winter garments. With a width of 160 cm, this fabric is ideal for making sweatshirts for women, men, and children, as well as being used for making toiletry bags, backpacks, and sports tracksuits.
As for the printed design, it presents a combination of attributes that make it unique. It is a pictorial design with an abstract and watercolor style, evoking modern and artistic art. Its main color palette is composed of 37.48% vibrant tones and 20.72% softer tones, representing nature with predominant plants and leaves.
This printed design is done digitally on textile, using sublimation technology specifically for polyester textiles. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed only on one side, which gives it a cleaner and more defined visual appearance.
As for its general characteristics, the brushed fabric has a soft and comfortable finish thanks to the brushing process it undergoes. The printed design, for its part, adds a touch of originality and style to any garment made with this fabric.
In addition to its common use in making sweatshirts, this fabric can also be used for making other fashion garments, accessories such as backpacks and toiletry bags, and even sports tracksuits. Its versatility allows for the creation of unique and original pieces.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric does not allow ironing and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is recommended not to use bleaches and, if dry cleaning is required, avoid the use of trichloroethylene. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature to maintain its appearance and softness.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which allows the transfer of inks in a gaseous state by means of heat and pressure. This guarantees a high quality of the colors and designs printed on the fabric, maintaining its durability and resistance to washing and wear.
