The Recycled Lycra fabric is a lycra composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it has a GRS certification that guarantees its sustainable nature as it is made with recycled materials.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its complexity and modern style, featuring abstract and artistic elements. It is a minimalist and two-color design, with a combination of main colors that includes 39.66% of a certain color and 31.27% of another. In addition to these main colors, it is possible to combine them with other plain colors to obtain different effects.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the stamped design is only on one side of the fabric and not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics, Recycled Lycra stands out for its softness to the touch and its elasticity, which makes it comfortable to use. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection (UPF 50+), which makes it ideal for swimwear and sportswear.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to being used in the manufacture of bikinis and swimsuits, it is also suitable for making scrunchies, as well as for fashion garments in general.
Regarding the care that should be taken into account, it is important to avoid bleaching the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Dry cleaning or tumble drying is not recommended, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process allows the design to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, ensuring high quality and durability in the print.
In summary, the Recycled Lycra fabric presents a printed design of simple complexity and modern style, with abstract and artistic elements. Its softness, elasticity and technical characteristics make it suitable for swimwear and sportswear. Sublimation printing technology ensures high quality in the printed design.
