Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel is a tweed fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a botanical and decorative aesthetic, with large, artistic flowers. The main colors of the design are Goose Grey, Garnet Brown, and Cherry Red. This design can be combined with solid colors in neutral tones such as white, black, beige, or grey to achieve a balanced contrast.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the print is only on the visible side of the fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, Tweed - Chanel has a rigid texture to the touch. Its polyester composition gives it durability and wear resistance. The printed design itself adds complexity and floral nature, with large flowers and artistic elements.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it is ideal for making fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, and shorts. It can also be used in the manufacture of accessories such as bow ties and caps. In the home textile sector, this fabric is suitable for creating cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Additionally, due to its resistance, it can also be used for outdoor space decoration.
It is important to consider certain care instructions to ensure the durability of this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and allow dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it is not suitable for tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows pigments to be transferred through heat and pressure, achieving a high-quality and durable finish. This technique ensures that the printed design remains intact over time and does not fade with use and washing.
