Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The fabric is a Chanel tweed made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by being abstract, with watercolor and paint influences, being both simple and modern. Soft ivory white, cranberry blue, and darkslateblue purple are the predominant colors. This design could combine well with solid colors such as white, light blue, gray, and black. It is important to mention that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
Regarding its general characteristics, the fabric has a rigid texture and a stable feel. The printed design stands out for its complexity and is inspired by abstract shapes and watercolors. In addition, drawing techniques have been used to highlight graphic elements such as circles and polka dots.
As for the applications and uses of the fabric, it can be used mainly in fashion, for both men and women, in garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bombers, and vests. It also has applications in home textiles, such as cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. For outdoor decoration, cushions can also be created with this fabric. Other uses include sports garments such as vests and accessories such as bow ties.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, specifically for polyester. This printing process allows for high color fidelity and durability in the printed design.
