The Recycled Lycra fabric is a 190 gr/m2 fabric composed of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a width of 150 cm and is GRS certified as sustainable. The fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable to wear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers high UV protection with a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
The printed design of this fabric is abstract, with a combination of colors resembling a watercolor with blotches. The design is artistic and colorful, with a modern touch. It also features abstract shapes, ovals, and circles. The main colors of the design are cotton white (60.57%), periwinkle purple (21.21%), and worm pink (8.28%).
This design can be easily combined with solid colors such as white, black, light pink, and purple. It is ideal for creating sportswear garments, such as bikinis, swimsuits, and scrunchies. It can also be used for other creative accessories like hair ties.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is present on only one side of the fabric and not on both.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleach. It cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring colors and designs to the fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures high print quality and design durability.
